To begin, our experienced installers remove blemishes to existing concrete flooring by grinding the entire floor. All the “prep” we do is dry prep: no acids or liquids are used to prep your concrete. Moisture is the #1 reason these floors fail, so we only do dry prep work to ensure that you floor will not fail from unnecessary moisture. We then patch/trowel all cracks, holes and joints, to create a seamless floor. We then start the first coat of your flooring system. Depending on the floor you choose, this process can take 2 - 5 days (depending on the number of coats your system requires).
